Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Online Board Games - PvP app (5, 7, 9, 11 and 12 Goti and Checkers) collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, email us at hello@pvpquiz.com.
Information we collect

We do not collect your contacts, photos, precise location or payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Third-party services
- Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple – to sign you in (Google privacy policy, Apple privacy policy).
- Google AdMob – shows ads to non-Premium players and may use your device's advertising ID to show and measure ads. You can reset or limit the advertising ID in your device settings. See how Google uses data from apps.
- Google Play Billing and the Apple App Store – process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
How we use and share information
We use your information only to provide and improve the game, keep it fair and secure, and respond to you. Other players can see your username, country flag and game stats. We do not sell your personal information, and we share it only with the service providers listed above or when required by law.
Matchmaking opponents
To keep waiting times short, if no other player is available you may be matched with a computer-controlled opponent.
Data retention
We keep your account data while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, coins and coin history are deleted permanently. Past matches stay in your opponents' history but your name is replaced with "Deleted player". Purchase transaction IDs are kept, without any link to you, so a purchase cannot be claimed twice. Server logs are kept for a short period for security.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app: Settings → Delete account, which deletes it immediately; or
- On the web: fill in the form at Delete your account, or email hello@pvpquiz.com with your username. We process requests within 30 days.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
All traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to our database is restricted, and we only keep the information described above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how we use it. To make a request, email hello@pvpquiz.com.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
